• Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) 
• Enjoy working at reception as well as assisting patients
• Warmth and empathy in dealing with patients
• Independent and careful way of working
• Ability to contribute to a motivated and collegial team
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanour
• High quality awareness, flexibility and reliability
• Good PC and English skills

YOUR TASKS:

• Reception and patient care
• Organisation of the practice workflow and appointment management
• Maintaining digital patient files 
• Administrative activities in the practice area
• Preparation of documents for surgical consent
• Practical assistance with patients and surgical assistance during outpatient procedures 
• Preparation and follow-up of surgical procedures
• Photographic documentation of the treatment
