However, sagging tissue can also occur at a young age due to major weight fluctuations or simply because of a predisposition. With ThermiTight® we now have a highly effective treatment method at our disposal to tighten both the skin and the underlying tissue, melt away small fat deposits and stimulate the formation of new collagen.
How does ThermiTight® work?
ThermiTight® is a minimally invasive treatment procedure with FDA approval that combines radio frequency energy with controlled heat emission. This specifically stimulates the formation of new collagen both in the skin and in the underlying layers. The full effect unfolds over several months - the tissue becomes increasingly firmer and the skin quality improves.
How does the treatment with ThermiTight® work?
Radiofrequency energy and heat are delivered to the subcutaneous tissue and deeper layers in a controlled manner using a microprobe. Depending on the treatment goal, the temperatures are adjusted accordingly to tighten the skin, target small fat deposits and promote the formation of new collagen. A temperature sensor is integrated into the probe which, together with an additional external thermal imaging camera, enables targeted and safe treatment. Thanks to local anaesthesia, the treatment is usually almost completely pain-free and you can go about your daily activities the very next day.
